Parece Que Existo

Rio de Janeiro, 1999. I Seem to Exist.

A lot of great things happened to me because of this album. There are a lot of friends taking part on it. Many amazing musicians who came by and left some improvised tracks for me to edit. It was the first time I had full freedom to do digital edits, though the software was still very awkward to manipulate.

This album named the feature documentary by Mario Salimon.

Enjoy the music:

  1. Thank You Dmitri!

It was a pleasure to meet and work with you. You are a big part of this, holding the instrumental together in the MSU recordings of Tamanduá.

Now that I know about TOCKA, it’s one more of the many things Brazilians and Russians have in common.

It would be great to work with you again. Maybe a piano solo?

I’ll put a link for your website, it’s a good idea.

    Hope to see you soon.

  2. Dear Joao! The website is good. It presents you very well but not fancy enough.
I absolutely in love with you Pop music. I wish I would have a CD. Saudade is also very russian. We have equivalent- тоска (toska).I don’t know how common it is in Brazil but in Russia we experience this mood very often.
I didn’t see you for a while. If you have any projects where I could be useful count me in. Maybe we can do something together. If you linking websites let me know I can send you the image of mine. .Take care. ….now feel so saudade…!
